Ticket Tagging and Issue Summarization

After each chat, you’ll use dropdown menus and quick summaries to tag the issue and resolution, ensuring clean internal records for follow-up when needed.

Routing Advanced Requests

If a customer’s question is beyond your scope (such as a billing dispute or platform bug), you’ll escalate it to a senior agent using a built-in handoff tool.

Managing Multiple Conversations

You may be assigned up to three active chats at once during high-traffic periods. The dashboard uses tabs and color coding to help you stay organized and efficient.

A Day in the Life

At the beginning of your shift, you’ll log in to the secure support portal. You’ll see real-time updates, available shift information, and current chat queues. Once you’re live, customer chats will automatically populate in your inbox. You’ll use the provided scripts and internal support tools to respond, while supervisors and teammates remain available through internal messaging. There are no phone calls, no scheduled meetings, and no external apps needed. At the end of your shift, log out and enjoy your day—no after-hours work expected.
