Position Overview
In this role, you'll communicate exclusively through written chat and email—no phone calls, video calls, or meetings. You’ll help customers manage subscriptions, resolve login or billing issues, and guide users through platform features using structured messaging templates and easy-to-follow support workflows.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond to customer questions via live chat and email
– Assist users with login troubleshooting, subscription updates, and billing corrections
– Use prewritten messaging templates and internal tools to resolve issues efficiently
– Escalate more technical or sensitive cases to senior support teams
– Keep accurate records and apply proper case tags
– Deliver friendly, professional support in every written response

Compensation & Scheduling

– 2-hour onboarding course with step-by-step support tools
– Practice chat/email simulations
– First shift includes QA supervision and coaching
– Paid shifts begin within 3–5 days of onboarding
Sample Shift Flow
During a Saturday 3 PM–8 PM shift, you reset a customer’s password, process a billing refund request, and help another user apply a discount code. Each issue is handled with pre-approved messaging tools—calm, professional, and fully remote.
