We’re currently hiring Remote Support Associates for a variety of entry-level roles across our client network. Responsibilities

Your specific tasks will vary depending on project assignment, but may include:

• Handling live chat or email support using scripts and saved replies

• Moderating user-generated content (comments, reviews, media submissions)

• Tagging, formatting, or uploading files into content platforms

• Reviewing simple data sets or product listings for accuracy

• Updating internal documentation and reports

Most work is asynchronous and self-paced. You’ll use tools like Google Docs, Slack, Notion, or Zendesk—all of which are taught during onboarding. No phone calls. No meetings unless scheduled in advance.

Requirements

We’re not hiring based on degrees or past job titles. Instead, here’s what we’re looking for:

• Comfortable using a computer, browser, and typing at least 40 WPM

• Able to read, follow, and apply written instructions

• Internet connection of 10 Mbps or higher

• Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-conscious

• Available to work at least 15 hours/week (you choose your hours)
