As a Remote Sales Process Consultant Trainee, you'll go through a 5-day challenge that walks you through how to build client acquisition systems—think automated pipelines, follow-up messaging, and CRM setups that make it easier for businesses to turn leads into customers. Key Responsibilities

Map Out and Build Sales Workflows

  • Use drag-and-drop CRM tools to build custom sales pipelines

  • Automate lead nurturing sequences using prewritten email/SMS templates

  • Set up appointment booking pages and automated reminders

Identify Bottlenecks in the Sales Process

  • Review existing funnel flow and lead activity

  • Spot drop-offs and delays in follow-up and contact timing

  • Recommend adjustments to speed up conversions and reduce friction

Customize Systems for Different Industries

  • Clone and adapt templates for coaches, consultants, service providers, and agencies

  • Set up segmentation for different lead types or sales stages

  • Tag contacts and trigger actions based on behavior

How Your Day Will Look

Morning

  • Complete a module from the 5-Day Sales Systems Challenge

  • Map out a sample client journey using the CRM flowchart builder

  • Start building the sales pipeline using prebuilt templates

Midday

  • Add automation to key parts of the sales journey: follow-up, reminders, and reactivation

  • Test the system by simulating a lead moving through each stage
