About This Role

As a Remote Wholesaling Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing the operational side of the real estate contract lifecycle. Your involvement begins when a seller agrees to sell a property and ends when that deal is formally assigned to a cash buyer.

You won’t be expected to source deals, pitch clients, or analyze investments. Instead, your job is to manage and prepare documents, organize deal folders, track contract milestones, and ensure assignment packets are error-free and delivered to the right person at the right time. It’s an essential role in a high-volume process—and it’s designed to be plug-and-play.

Your Responsibilities

  • Verify details on purchase contracts: names, addresses, prices, dates, and signatures
  • Format assignment agreements using provided templates and SOPs
  • Organize contracts into structured cloud folders with consistent labeling
  • Track deal statuses and updates using shared spreadsheets or dashboards
  • Send complete assignment packages to vetted buyers via cloud delivery
  • Record confirmations, log actions, and archive completed files for compliance
  • Follow step-by-step digital workflows for every part of the process

Each task you perform directly contributes to the success of a live real estate deal. You’re not pushing paper—you’re driving real results.

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based role. You’re paid per deal you process from start to delivery, with average payouts ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 per completed transaction, depending on complexity and volume. There are no limits on how many deals you can take on.

You can work at your pace. Whether that means processing one deal a month or five a week, your earnings scale with your efficiency.

A Typical Day Might Include

You log into your dashboard and see a new contract submission. You review the agreement for accuracy, noticing the seller’s last name was misspelled on page two. You send a templated message to the acquisition rep requesting an updated file. Meanwhile, you complete an assignment contract for another deal that was already cleared. You format it, organize the folder, and send it to a buyer using a cloud link. You update your tracker, confirm delivery, and archive the completed file.
