Description

A fast-moving property investment team is now welcoming new remote assistants to support real estate wholesaling operations across the country. This fully online role is ideal for anyone who wants to break into real estate without a license, experience, or selling. You'll be working behind the scenes using a process developed by a successful investor who has been featured on A&E—offering you real training, real tasks, and real deal experience.

About the Role

Real estate wholesaling is one of the fastest and most accessible ways to earn in the real estate industry. Instead of buying or selling houses, investors contract undervalued properties and assign those contracts to cash buyers—earning substantial assignment fees in the process. Your job as a Remote Wholesaling Assistant is to support the deal flow: organizing documents, preparing assignment contracts, and delivering everything in perfect order to the right buyer.

You’ll operate fully online using editable templates, cloud-based folders, SOPs, and training from someone who’s closed hundreds of deals using the same process you’ll follow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check purchase contracts for missing data or errors (e.g., dates, prices, signatures)
  • Use provided templates to fill out assignment contracts accurately
  • Organize all documents in cloud folders using a specific file structure
  • Log and track deal status using spreadsheets and digital checklists
  • Deliver completed contracts to buyers via secure file sharing or email
  • Confirm delivery and archive the project according to SOP
  • Communicate internally using message templates when revisions are needed

Every step has been built and refined by someone who's done this at scale. Your job is to follow the process precisely and complete deals cleanly.

Compensation Structure

This is not an hourly role—it’s pay-per-deal. For each real estate transaction you assist from contract review to assignment delivery, you’ll receive compensation ranging from $2,000 to $10,000, depending on the deal’s size, speed, and complexity.

There are no quotas and no income limits. You decide how many deals to take on based on your availability and skill.

A Typical Day in This Role

You start your day with two new contracts in your queue. The first one is clean—you plug in the buyer’s details using the assignment template, organize the documents into the appropriate Google Drive folder, and send the access link using a prewritten delivery message. The second deal has a mismatch between the contract dates, so you flag it using a templated message to the internal team and wait for a corrected file. You log everything in your deal tracker and move on to the next project.

Every action moves a real estate transaction closer to closing—and you get paid when the work is done right.
