Job Type: Fully Remote | Entry-Level | Royalties-Based
Location: Work from Anywhere
Education Required: None
Experience Required: None
Compensation: Amazon Royalties – Typically $50–$200+/month per book, scalable with each title published
Overview
If you've ever dreamed of working from home and earning income from digital products, but didn't know where to start — this opportunity is built for you.
As a Remote Publishing Apprentice, you’ll learn how to create, format, and publish nonfiction eBooks using AI tools, guided templates, and a step-by-step publishing system. No writing, technical, or marketing background is required. This is a fully supported role where you’ll be trained to build simple, value-packed books for Amazon Kindle.
Each book you publish becomes a royalty-earning digital asset. No freelancing. No pitching. No client work. Just a clear, repeatable system that produces real income for anyone willing to follow directions and be consistent.
Role Responsibilities
You’ll manage the full eBook creation and publishing workflow. Everything is broken into five easy-to-execute stages:
Stage 1: Choose a Profitable Topic
The first step is selecting a nonfiction topic that Amazon readers are already interested in. You’ll use provided keyword research tools, bestseller tracking dashboards, and a curated database of validated niche ideas.
Popular niches include:
- Daily mindfulness prompts
- Simple budget planners
- Remote work checklists
- Time-blocking techniques
- Goal-setting journals
You’ll be guided through how to:
- Spot gaps in existing categories
- Use keyword search volumes to predict demand
- Choose topics that are fast to create and easy to sell
Stage 2: Use AI to Generate the Book
Once you have your topic, you’ll use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate the content. You’ll be equipped with prompt libraries that structure the book into chapters, summaries, and even bonus sections.
Tasks include:
- Feeding topic-specific prompts into ChatGPT (or similar)
- Structuring the output into logical chapters
- Editing for clarity, tone, and usefulness
- Adding helpful extras like summaries or call-to-action pages
You don’t need to write from scratch. AI does the creation — you guide the flow and ensure quality.
Stage 3: Format the Manuscript for Kindle
When the content is ready, it must be formatted to Kindle standards. You’ll use pre-designed templates that require zero coding or design knowledge.
Formatting involves:
- Applying correct heading styles
- Inserting a clickable Table of Contents
- Adding legal disclaimers, title page, and author info
- Previewing layout on Kindle Previewer to confirm everything looks professional
Templates are compatible with Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
Stage 4: Build a High-Performance Amazon Listing
To ensure your book gets discovered and purchased, you’ll use pre-written copy blocks and metadata tools to build an optimized product listing on Amazon.
You’ll be trained to:
- Craft keyword-optimized titles and subtitles
- Write compelling product descriptions using proven templates
- Choose the right categories and backend keywords
- Upload your cover and manuscript to Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)
- Set your price, select royalty options, and publish globally
Your listing is your storefront. Our system helps you make it stand out in search results.
Stage 5: Monitor Royalties & Expand Your Portfolio
Once your first book is published, it starts earning royalties. You’ll track performance using royalty dashboards and use that data to plan future titles.
This stage includes:
- Logging daily Kindle Unlimited pages read
- Monitoring sales and category performance
- Updating listings if needed
- Scaling your publishing schedule to release multiple titles
Each title builds on the next — and your monthly income grows as your portfolio expands.
