Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Remote Kindle Book Publishing Technician, a fully remote, beginner-level role focused on helping individuals publish nonfiction Kindle books using AI tools and structured templates. This opportunity is ideal for those who want to build a digital income stream from home without needing a college degree, formal writing experience, or technical expertise.
As a Publishing Technician, you’ll be trained to manage the entire Kindle publishing workflow—from topic research and AI content generation to formatting, listing optimization, and uploading to Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) platform. Minimum Qualifications
- No degree or publishing experience required
- Basic familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word

Training & Tools Provided
- Curated nonfiction topic research databases
- Pre-tested AI prompt packs for efficient content creation
- Kindle manuscript templates for Word and Google Docs
- Copywriting swipe files for book listings and metadata
- Canva tutorials and cover design templates
- Upload checklists and launch calendars
- Royalty tracking spreadsheets and analytics dashboards
All tools are either included or freely available — no expensive software required.
Compensation & Income Growth
This is a royalty-based publishing role. You are not paid hourly but earn recurring income based on the performance of each book you publish. Royalties are paid monthly by Amazon.
Average earnings benchmarks:
- 1 book: $50–$200/month
- 5 books: $300–$1,000/month
- 10+ books: $2,000+/month
Your income increases with each book you publish — and books continue earning long after they’re completed.
