A Better Job Without the Paperwork – No Degree? No Problem.
Tired of seeing “Bachelor’s Required” on every remote job listing? So are we. That’s why we’re offering a role that focuses on skill—not schooling. This Remote Online Chat Assistant position pays between $25 and $35 per hour, and you don’t need a degree, fancy résumé, or professional background to apply. Just a sharp mind, solid typing skills, and the ability to stay focused while working from home. If you’ve ever been underestimated because you didn’t go to college, this is your opportunity to prove what you’re capable of—and get paid for it.
Job Description
You’ll work as part of a remote support team that responds to customer inquiries through live chat. Your job? Help people solve simple issues. You won’t be selling anything. You won’t be making calls. You won’t be stuck on Zoom. Every task you complete will be through chat-based platforms. And the best part? You can do it from literally anywhere with an internet connection.
Daily Tasks
Answering customer questions about orders, billing, product issues, and account settings
Using internal resources to solve common problems or escalate technical issues
Typing clear, professional responses in a conversational tone
Managing multiple conversations during peak hours
Logging notes about each chat and flagging any follow-up actions
Training & Onboarding
New hires go through a structured onboarding experience, including self-paced learning modules and live coaching with a team lead. You’ll complete chat simulations, learn system workflows, and shadow experienced agents before going live. The entire process is paid, and most people are fully up and running within one week of starting.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who don’t need hand-holding but appreciate guidance. You should be dependable, able to communicate clearly, and willing to adapt to different customer situations. We don’t care if you’ve worked in an office, on a construction site, or not at all. What matters is your attitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions.

Your Schedule, Your Way
Whether you want to work early mornings before the house wakes up or evenings after dinner, we’ve got you covered. Choose from flexible blocks throughout the week to build your own schedule. Many agents work part-time to start and expand to full-time as they gain experience.
A Real Day in This Job
You clock in from your bedroom with a cup of coffee in hand. Your first chat comes in from someone confused about a subscription. You walk them through the fix using a saved reply and answer a follow-up question. Your second customer needs help locating a package—you pull up the tracking link and send it over. It’s quiet, focused work. You finish your shift knowing you helped a dozen people and didn’t have to leave the house. Simple, honest, remote work that respects your time and pays what it’s worth.
