Position title
Online Contract Coordinator | Real Estate Wholesaling Support | No License Required | Learn from Proven A&E System
Description

A national real estate investment group is seeking remote Contract Coordinators to assist in finalizing high-volume wholesaling deals. This unique role is designed for individuals who want to gain real estate experience without a license, sales background, or traditional barriers. You’ll work entirely online using a structured documentation process developed by a successful real estate entrepreneur featured on A&E.

This is not a phone-based or sales position. Instead, you’ll work behind the scenes, handling the essential operational tasks that move a contract from “under agreement” to “assigned and closed.” Full training is provided. All tasks follow a clear sequence, and every tool you need is included.

What You'll Do

Once a seller signs a purchase agreement, your job begins. You’ll:

  • Verify the purchase contract is complete (signatures, names, dates, property details)
  • Fill out an assignment contract using provided templates
  • Organize all deal files in pre-formatted cloud folders
  • Track the transaction using a checklist and digital dashboard
  • Deliver the final packet to buyers via email or secure file sharing
  • Confirm receipt and archive the deal upon completion

Each completed deal helps investors close properties worth tens of thousands—and your role ensures every one of those deals proceeds without errors or delays.

What You Won’t Do

  • You won’t make phone calls to clients or prospects
  • You won’t sell or negotiate property
  • You won’t generate leads or do cold outreach
  • You won’t need to invest money or pay fees to start
  • You won’t attend in-person meetings or closings

Your value is in consistency and precision, not persuasion.

Training Provided

This position includes a full onboarding program created by a real estate expert featured on A&E. You’ll learn:

  • How wholesaling works and why contract coordination is critical
  • How to spot and correct common contract errors
  • How to format and prepare assignment agreements
  • How to store and manage deal documents using cloud tools
  • How to track deal progress and keep everything on schedule
  • How to maintain compliance using file archiving best practices

The training is beginner-friendly, visual, and practical—focused entirely on skills you’ll use from day one.

What You Need

  • A computer and stable internet connection
  • Basic familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
  • The ability to follow instructions exactly
  • Comfort using checklists and digital task trackers
  • Focus, self-direction, and reliability

You’ll be working independently, but always within a proven structure that keeps the process consistent.

Compensation

This is a performance-based position. For every deal you coordinate from intake to delivery, you’ll receive a project-based payout. Typical compensation ranges from $2,000 to $10,000 per transaction, based on deal size, complexity, and turnaround time.

As your skills grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more deals at once—scaling your income without sacrificing flexibility.

Ideal Candidates

  • Organized individuals who enjoy checklist-style work
  • Entry-level workers looking for a path into real estate
  • VAs or freelancers ready to specialize in a lucrative niche
  • People interested in remote work that doesn’t involve sales or phones
  • Professionals transitioning from admin, data entry, or operations roles

Example Day

You start the day by reviewing two new contracts submitted overnight. You verify that names match, purchase prices are correct, and dates are consistent. One contract needs a revision—so you send a pre-written internal request. The other looks good, so you complete the assignment contract, organize the documents in the proper folder, and send them off to the buyer. You update the tracker, mark the deal complete, and file everything into the closed transactions folder.

No meetings. No drama. Just smooth execution and results that matter.

Why This Role Matters

In real estate wholesaling, a missed deadline or a single document error can cost thousands. Your work ensures deals close on time, assignments are clean, and everything flows smoothly behind the scenes. You're the invisible force that makes profitable transactions possible.

What You'll Gain

  • Real-world experience with contracts and investment deal flow
  • Access to reusable templates, trackers, and workflows
  • A skill set you can apply across the real estate industry
  • A results-driven income stream you control
  • The chance to grow into more advanced coordination or operations roles

Role Format

  • Remote
  • Entry-Level
  • Project-Based
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Results-Driven Pay
