Position title
Real Estate Wholesaling Support Specialist – Remote | Entry-Level | A&E-Inspired Training Included
Description

We’re seeking entry-level professionals to join our fully remote operations team supporting real estate wholesaling transactions across the U.S. This opportunity is ideal for detail-focused individuals who want to learn the real estate business from the inside—without selling property, earning a license, or investing capital. You’ll work directly with contracts, timelines, and document packages using a streamlined system created by a nationally recognized investor who has been featured on A&E.

You won’t need prior experience. You won’t be asked to cold call or close deals. Your job is to help manage the digital side of high-value wholesale transactions by following a clear process, step by step.

Your Role at a Glance

In real estate wholesaling, investors make money by finding underpriced homes and assigning the contracts to cash buyers. That assignment process requires organization, attention to detail, and accurate paperwork. As a Real Estate Wholesaling Support Specialist, your job is to ensure each deal flows smoothly after a property is under contract.

You’ll prepare documents, organize files, verify accuracy, and track milestones—helping professional investors close deals faster and with less friction.

What You’ll Do

  • Review purchase agreements for proper signatures, terms, dates, and property info
  • Use editable templates to prepare assignment contracts for cash buyers
  • Store all deal documents in cloud-based folders using defined naming systems
  • Log deal progress in spreadsheets or internal dashboards
  • Deliver completed contract packages to vetted buyers via secure file sharing
  • Confirm delivery and archive finalized transactions
  • Use internal SOPs to guide each part of the process—no guesswork involved

This is a fully backend role. There is no calling, no selling, and no client communication required.

Who This Is For

  • People looking to break into real estate through real-world experience
  • Freelancers and virtual assistants who enjoy systems and structure
  • Entry-level professionals seeking remote, process-based work
  • Career changers who want to avoid sales, quotas, or phone-based roles
  • Detail-oriented individuals who enjoy checklists, order, and independence

You Don’t Need

  • A real estate license
  • Sales experience
  • Formal real estate training
  • Prior administrative background
  • To pay for courses or tools

You Do Need

  • A computer and reliable internet
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and folders (or willingness to learn)
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to follow instructions precisely
  • The discipline to work remotely and independently

Training Overview

You’ll be fully trained using a proven wholesaling operations system developed by an investor featured on A&E. Training modules include:

  • How to review and verify seller contracts
  • How to format and prepare assignment contracts
  • How to organize digital folders to maintain compliance
  • How to track tasks using simple spreadsheets
  • How to use templated messages for internal communication
  • How to handle multiple deals simultaneously with minimal errors

You’ll be trained to operate like a real real estate transaction coordinator—without licensing requirements.

Compensation

This is a per-project role. You’ll be paid for each deal you successfully support from intake to delivery. Typical payouts range from $2,000 to $10,000 per deal, depending on the size and scope of each transaction.

As you build efficiency, you can take on more projects at your own pace. There are no hourly requirements, and no caps on your earning potential.

A Typical Workflow Might Include:

  • Reviewing two new purchase contracts for accuracy
  • Preparing an assignment agreement for one, using the editable template
  • Sending a file request for missing initials on the other
  • Uploading finalized documents into a buyer-facing folder
  • Logging delivery confirmation and archiving the deal
  • Updating the master spreadsheet to reflect deal status

All of this is handled online, independently, and at your own pace.

Benefits of the Role

  • Learn a lucrative real estate skill without licensing or sales
  • Gain hands-on experience with real contracts, files, and transactions
  • Work entirely from home, on your schedule
  • Use a repeatable process that gets results—no selling or pressure
  • Join a system developed by a real investor with national recognition

Work Format

  • 100% Remote
  • Entry-Level
  • Process-Driven
  • Project-Based Pay
