Position title
Online Publishing Operator – Remote Entry Point into the Kindle Marketplace
Description

Position Summary

We’re seeking Online Publishing Operators to help manage and execute the release of nonfiction Kindle books using an AI-supported publishing system. This remote position is entry-level and requires no previous experience, no formal education, and no writing background. You’ll be equipped with everything needed to create fully formatted eBooks and upload them to Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing platform.

You won’t be writing creatively or designing marketing materials. Instead, you’ll follow a defined set of instructions to produce, format, and launch nonfiction books that can generate ongoing royalty income. If you’re organized, task-focused, and want to build assets instead of working gigs, this opportunity is designed for you.

What You'll Do

As a Publishing Operator, your role is to implement a five-phase workflow that transforms topic ideas into published digital books. You’ll be using templates, AI-generated content, and a series of checklists to guide the process.

Discover High-Demand Topics

You’ll begin by evaluating potential book topics using keyword analysis and niche research templates. Instead of guessing what readers want, you’ll work from proven selection criteria to find categories with consistent buyer interest.

Guide Content Creation with AI

Once your topic is selected, you’ll use AI writing assistants to draft the book’s content. You’ll guide this process using prompt packs and outline templates, making it easy to create structured, reader-friendly nonfiction manuscripts between 3,000 and 7,000 words.

Format the Manuscript for Kindle

After the draft is completed, you’ll follow a step-by-step formatting guide to prepare the manuscript for Kindle compatibility. You’ll insert chapters, apply heading styles, and ensure clean layout and spacing without any design experience required.

Prepare Metadata and Listings

You’ll use headline templates and description formulas to complete the book’s listing on Amazon. This includes writing the title, subtitle, and product description, as well as selecting backend keywords and categories that increase visibility and searchability.

Upload and Track Results

With everything prepared, you’ll upload the manuscript and cover to Amazon KDP, preview the final file, and publish it. After launch, you’ll log performance data and begin your next project. Over time, you’ll build a catalog of books that earn royalties passively.

What’s Included

All tools and resources are provided, including:

  • Topic validation spreadsheets
  • AI content generation prompts
  • Nonfiction outline templates
  • Kindle formatting instructions
  • Metadata writing frameworks
  • Cover design templates for free platforms
  • Upload and tracking checklists

You’ll be able to complete every step without relying on outside tools or experience.

Requirements

No formal qualifications are required. You’ll need:

  • A computer with a stable internet connection
  • Basic experience with Google Docs or Microsoft Word
  • The ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Focus and independence to manage small projects
  • A willingness to work with AI and templates

Everything you need to succeed is already built into the system.

Compensation and Earnings

This is not an hourly or freelance role. You are compensated through monthly royalties from Amazon’s Kindle platform. Your earnings grow with each book you publish.

Typical earnings range:

  • 1 book: $50–$200/month
  • 5 books: $300–$1,000/month
  • 10+ books: $2,000/month or more with consistency

Because books remain live indefinitely, your income can stack and grow over time.

Best Fit For

This opportunity is ideal for:

  • Self-starters who enjoy task-based, independent work
  • Beginners looking to build an online income portfolio
  • People who want to own their work and keep full royalties
  • Individuals comfortable using tools, prompts, and systems
  • Remote workers seeking long-term scalability

If you’ve ever wanted to publish something but didn’t know where to start, this is the structure you’ve been waiting for.

How to Start

Click Learn More to begin. You’ll gain immediate access to everything you need to publish your first Kindle nonfiction title and start building a catalog that pays you each month. No writing, no experience, and no waiting. Just structured steps and repeatable income.
