What You’ll Be Doing

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Handle incoming chat requests through a web-based dashboard
Answer questions using step-by-step instructions, templates, or knowledge base articles
Assist with password resets, shipping status, subscription changes, and other common concerns
Manage multiple chats at once (usually 2–3 at a time)
Write in a clear, polite, and easy-to-understand tone
Log summaries of each chat for internal tracking and follow-up
Ask for help or escalate issues when needed—we’ve got your back

Minimum Requirements

Ability to work in a quiet, focused space

Compensation

Base pay starts at $25/hour
Performance bonuses, accuracy bonuses, and weekend/evening shift premiums can increase total pay up to $35/hour
