A Day in the Life
Your shift starts by logging into the secure chat platform using your preferred device. Once online, chats are automatically routed to you based on your availability. You’ll handle each customer using a combination of pre-written templates, real-time tools, and internal documentation. Supervisors remain available through the internal messenger, so you’re never alone in solving a challenge.
