What You'll Be Doing

To assist customers efficiently, you’ll use a searchable script library. Templates cover the most common issues and ensure that every customer receives clear, professional answers.

Escalating Complex or Sensitive Issues

Not all customer concerns will fall within your responsibility. You’ll be trained on when and how to forward chats to other departments, such as billing, technical support, or fraud review.

Completing Post-Chat Tasks

After each conversation, you’ll categorize the interaction using dropdown tags and include a quick summary. These logs help with performance tracking and service optimization.

Maintaining Quality Across Multiple Chats

During peak hours, you may handle more than one chat at a time. The system is designed to help you balance multiple conversations without errors or delays.

A Day in the Life

Your shift starts by logging into the secure chat platform using your preferred device. Once online, chats are automatically routed to you based on your availability. You’ll handle each customer using a combination of pre-written templates, real-time tools, and internal documentation. Supervisors remain available through the internal messenger, so you’re never alone in solving a challenge. You’ll take scheduled breaks, close out each chat with a few clicks, and then sign off at the end of your shift with no carryover tasks.
