What You'll Be Doing

Assisting Customers via Live Chat

Your main task will be to respond to real-time text-based customer messages on the brand’s website and mobile app. Customers may ask about products, delivery times, order updates, or discounts, and you'll assist using approved support responses and guided workflows.

Using Tools and Templates to Streamline Support

You’ll be given access to prewritten messages, AI-based suggestions, and a knowledge library that helps reduce typing time and improve response accuracy. No scripting is needed—everything is built-in.

Escalating Complex Requests

For advanced inquiries such as refund disputes or account recovery, you’ll flag the message and escalate it to a senior agent through the built-in escalation button on your dashboard. No troubleshooting or account editing is required on your end.

Documenting Interactions

At the close of each chat, you’ll label the conversation with a few drop-down options and a short summary. This helps the team maintain quality assurance and ensure customer needs were fully addressed.

A Day in the Life

Once logged in, you’ll join the live chat queue and begin assisting users one-on-one using the system’s intuitive interface. During your shift, you may manage 1 to 4 chats simultaneously depending on volume. There are no meetings, phone calls, or voice-based support requirements. Once your shift ends, you log out—no after-hours availability is expected. Everything is fully self-contained in your browser, and supervisors are available during your shift for backup and guidance.
