Role Overview

We’re offering a remote training opportunity for motivated beginners to become Book Publishing Trainees. This is a systemized, self-paced role where you’ll learn how to produce nonfiction Kindle books using AI tools and prebuilt content workflows. You don’t need writing skills, design experience, or a college degree—just a laptop, internet access, and the ability to follow a step-by-step process.

You won’t be freelancing, pitching clients, or making creative decisions. What You’ll Do

Your role involves managing a repeatable five-step publishing system. Each book follows the same proven structure.

Step 1: Research & Topic Selection

You’ll identify low-competition, high-demand niches using keyword filters and validation tools provided to you. These topics are nonfiction, instructional, and data-driven—nothing speculative or trendy. You’ll select categories that real Kindle readers are actively buying from.

Step 2: Generate Content with AI

You’ll input prompts into an AI writing tool like ChatGPT to generate book content. With the included nonfiction outline, your job is to structure the chapters, guide the tone, and clean up the wording. This isn’t open-ended writing—each prompt follows a specific sequence, so content comes out organized and reader-ready.

Step 3: Format the Book

• 10+ books: $2,000+/month

Books remain live forever unless removed. You can grow your income by growing your catalog.
